Southern Utah's Favorite Bed and Breakfasts




  • One night’s payment must be made in advance in order to secure your reservation.
  • Reservation payment can be made through Paypal, cashiers check or money order.
  • Balance is due upon check in, either by Paypal, cash, cashiers check or money order.  Personal checks may be accepted from repeat guests.
  • If you prefer to pay with a credit card there is an additional $5.00 processing fee.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation and we are able to rebook the space, we will refund your first night’s deposit with the exception of a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  • Week long stays require an additional security/cleaning deposit of $200 which will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.  This deposit may be made with a credit card or personal check which we will hold and return to you after a house inspection has been made.  Any damages, accidental breakage, or excessive use will be subtracted from your deposit.  Leaving the house in a similar condition in which you arrived will help ensure the total refund of your deposit.
  • There is a 2 night minimum stay in most circumstances.  Occasionally we are able to accommodate a one night stay…just ask.



  • We like to meet our guests at the house when you arrive so we can give you the royal tour and explain any oddities of our 120 year old home. Just give us a call as you approach Cedar City, and we will meet you there.
  • In most cases we can be flexible with the time you arrive and leave.  If the cottage is booked on the day of your departure, a 12 noon check out time will help us ready the house for our next guests.  We will do our best to accommodate your travel plans.



The Apple Cottage comfortably accommodates 6 people.  Additional guests or very young children may be included in your rental rate depending on bedding requirements.  A crib/pack & play for an infant is available with prior notice at no additional charge.  We can also provide a deluxe “blow up” bed for 2 more folks at an additional charge.


The Cider House is perfect for two in the (semi private) bedroom area.
Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra $15.00 charge on a futon in the living room (max occupancy is 4).  There is no additional charge for children using the futon or a “pak n play.”



  • Well behaved pets will be considered on an individual basis, and there is an extra charge starting at $15.
  • Guests are asked to clean up after their pet and a pooper scooper rake and collection dust pan are provided. Please dispose of the waste in one of the large black trash cans in the driveway.
  • If your pet thinks it’s a human and prefers sleeping on a couch, chair or bed, we ask that you cover the furniture with sheets provided in the hall closet.
  • We have a large doggie bed that can be used during your stay. It is also located in the hall closet.
  • If your pet has muddy feet from romping around outside, please use the towels provided in both entry areas to wipe off their cute little paws.
  • If you plan on leaving your pet unattended for longer than an hour or two, we ask that you keep your pet in our extra large crate to prevent any damage that may occur while your pet is alone. Not a fan of crating your dog? Another option is to leave your pet contained in the laundry room (of course with food, water & our pet bed.)
  • We can come and check on your pet for you, take it for a walk or give it some exercise for an additional fee.
  • Please don’t allow your pet to dig in our beautiful flower gardens. A portion of your deposit may be retained to restore any damage done to the gardens by your pet. Thanks for helping us stay pet friendly!



Smoking of any kind must be done outside on one of our lovely porch or patio areas.  Ashtrays are provided outside, and we ask that you PLEASE use them and not leave any “butts” in the lawn, patios or garden area.
